Contributed services as Asst. superintendent of plant (process & planning) for the starch as well as Liquid Glucose for Laxmi Starch Ltd, Hyderabad for 10 years.

As a project implementation executive for the K.G.Gluco Biols Ltd (Glaxo sister concerned), dispersed duties for the project erection, commission and commercial productions for corn (maize) to starch and starch derivatives those are Liquid Glucose, DMH and Malto dextrin.

Successfully completed the 40 TPD Liquid Glucose plant including design (layout, plan of process buildings, technical evaluation of machinery), erection and commission of the plant successfully. Along with Liquid Glucose project, the entire starch project of 150 TPD was completed in all aspects (design, erection and commissioning) for Vensa Biotek Ltd, at samalkot, Andhra Pradesh as project manager.

Designed a project for 150 TPD of corn to starch and then 50 TPD of starch to liquid glucose for Water Ford Ltd, NIGERIA as a Factory Manager. But as per the management decision completed only 50 TPD of corn to starch in all respects (technical know how).

Delivered the services as a Manager Expansion for Sukhjit Starch Mills, Nizamabad as well as at Paghwara, Punjab for their corn to starch and starch to Liquid Glucose, Dextrin, and Malto-dextrin process expansion. Modification of design, erection and commissioning of the same successfully.

Rendered the contributions as a General Manager for Gayathri starch chem Ltd, Hyderabad for the design, erection, execution, commissioning and commercial production of 150 TPD corn to starch and in developing the Sorbital quality.

Started the consultancy in 1999 June.

As a consultant designed a 150 TPD Corn to Starch and 25 TPD of Liquid Glucose for Devi Corn Products Ltd, A.P. The Starch project is successfully completed and commissioned well and is performing with very good results (since September 2002), Liquid Glucose project work is under progress.

We were invited by the Sukhjit Starch Mills and was appointed as consultant for their process, products and yields development since 1999 June.

We are the process developing consultants for Santosh Starch Mills, SALEM.

We have successfully given the technical know how for many TOPIOCA (cassava) process in A.P and TAMILNADU and continuing as their consultant.

We can give the technical know how services for Liquid & Glucose projects.
